Dr. Berkoff works in a Family Practice setting as a chiropractor and has been treating patients with back pain for over 25 years. According to Dr. Berkoff, "It isn't hard to get a patient out of pain; the difficult part is getting them to stay healthy and pain-free." A healthy back requires a strong core. Why is it so hard for people to get and maintain a strong core? Simple: most people don't have the time! The Kore Power Trainer was designed with this in mind, cutting the core routine from 30-40 minutes to just 4 minutes. Having a strong core takes pressure off of the spinal joints, improves posture, and helps prevent strain injuries.
