FAQs - KPT vs Roman Chair
Q: I get a great lower back workout on the Roman Chair, how is KPT any better?
A: KPT works just like the Roman Chair to train your lower back muscles. Both work against gravity making for a more intense workout. But the Roman Chair is less stable so you cannot safely twist while doing back raises the way you can with KPT. Also, you can't train your sides (obliques and transversus abdominus muscles) or your front abs (rectus abdominus) on a Roman Chair. KPT trains all 4 quadrants of the core and you can do it even on days when you skip the gym because KPT attaches to your own bed.
