FAQs - How Much Room Is Needed?

Q: I have a tiny room and my bed is against the wall. Can I still use KPT?

A:  KPT requires that one side of the bed has at least 2 feet of clearance, but more room is better.  The exact amount you will require depends upon your size and which workout you plan to do.  As you become stronger and more advanced, you will extend more of your torso out from the mattress, requiring more room.  We recommend that you lie on your bed and mimmic the motions of KPT while having someone hold your ankles.  If you have enough clearance for the workout you want to do, place your order!
