FAQs - KPT vs Slant Board
Q: I can work my abs on a slant board at the gym, how is KPT any different?
A: KPT works like a slant board to train your front abs (rectus abdominus muscle). Both work against gravity making for a more intense workout. But you cannot work on a slant board without engaging your thigh muscles. And you can't train your sides (obliques and transversus abdominus muscles) or your lower back on a slant board. KPT trains all 4 quadrants of the core and you can do it even on days when you skip the gym because KPT attaches to your own bed.
