FAQs - How Does KPT Support My Weight?

Q: How does KPT support my weight?  I am heavy and afraid I might fall off my bed.

A: KPT is not designed to be used to hold your body weight.  It is constructed using sturdy webbing and steel fittings, but the ankle cuffs are secured using velcro which is not safe for use other than as instructed.  While doing your KPT workout, the ankle cuffs are there to hold your body in place on your mattress.  KPT is strong enough to secure a 300 lbs. adult for this purpose.  Do not hang upside down from your Kore Power Trainer.  Do not use Kore Power Trainer for other than its intended purpose as shown on the website.
